You will need to supply your own tent/gazebo no more than 3sq metres or an additional charge will occur.
A very limited supply of electricity is available allocated on first in first serve. You MUST supply your own power leads etc. and be responsible for your own equipment.
All Food Vendors to ensure to abide by the Health & Food Safety Regulations.
Upon approving your application, payment information will be sent to you via email.
ALL Registrations & Payment MUST BE received by 30th NOVEMBER 2025 or an additional charge of $50.00 WILL occur, or a refusal if not.
No Sales to commence until Karakia is concluded.
All Stall Holder’s Vehicles MUST be removed from the venue by 8.30 am with exceptions of Mobile Stalls.
“Smoke, Vape & Alcohol Free”
No Raffles to be sold by any organisation other than the Kawhia Kai Festival Committee.
A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE if Stall is Cancelled after the 10th January, 2026.
NO Animals allowed as per the Otorohanga District Council By-law.
